[06/01/2025] Southland Filtration, a leading provider of industrial water filtration solutions, today announced the appointment of Matthew Cox as its new Chief Executive Officer. Matthew succeeds Tim Cox, who retired from the role in December 2024 after a distinguished career with the company.

Matthew Cox brings over 15 years of experience to the CEO role, having held various leadership positions within Southland Filtration. He most recently served as Head of Healthcare, driving significant growth in that division. Prior to that, he held key roles in sales, including spearheading the introduction of innovative products like Judo and Autofine to the Australian market. Matthew has a proven record of accomplishment in leading complex projects, building high-performing teams, and cultivating strong customer relationships. He is also known for his commitment to continuous professional development and his dedication to fostering a positive and collaborative team culture.
