This strategic alliance aims to accelerate Southland Filtration’s decarbonisation efforts and contribute to a more sustainable future.
Through TEM’s expertise and proprietary climate action technology, BlueHalo®, Southland Filtration will offset its environmental impact across various operations, including travel and logistics. This initiative aligns with the company’s commitment to reducing its carbon footprint and minimising its ecological impact.

Southland Filtration’s carbon offsets will contribute to three key project categories:
- Human-Induced Regeneration Projects: Supporting native forest regeneration and sustainable agricultural practices in New South Wales and South-West Queensland.
- Rainforest Conservation Projects: Protecting hundreds of thousands of hectares of native forests securing wildlife habitats and supporting local communities.
- Renewable Energy Projects: Financing wind and solar renewable energy projects across Asia, reducing reliance on fossil fuels and improving energy access in regional areas.
“Since 2014, TEM has helped finance more than 300 carbon projects in 30 countries, reducing over 11 million tonnes of carbon emissions,” said Adrian Enright, TEM CEO.
