Southland Filtration was engaged by the Hydraulics Contractor to design & supply filtration systems for the potable cold water supply and recycled rainwater supply for the new Blacktown Hospital Redevelopment project.
The potable cold water system incorporated dual JUDO DN80 automatic backwash screen filters at 100 microns supplied as a skid package complete with stainless steel manifold pipework, baseplate/frame and isolation valving.
The recycled rainwater system incorporated dual JUDO DN50 automatic backwash screen filters at 100 micron, dual SKAN SLB stainless steel bag filters c/w 5-micron elements and dual UV disinfection systems.
The system was supplied as a skid package complete with stainless steel pipework, baseplate/frame, isolation valving and BMS connections for remote performance monitoring and pressure differential alarms for bag filter change.
